The Franklin County Convention Center is located on the fairgrounds and features banquet seating for up to 600 people and auditorium seating for up to 1200. A large stage is available and the spacious building has controlled sound, lighting, heating and air conditioning. Full bar facilities are available and there is a large catering kitchen, remodeled bathrooms and a large, lighted parking area. The fairgrounds features camping facilities with new bathrooms and showers and over 200 electrical hook ups and a dump station. The Convention Center is available for use by large camping groups. THERE IS LIMITED CAMPING AVAILABLE DURING FAIR WEEK. For more information on rates call the Convention Center and Fair office, at 641-456-2049. |
