This department is open to youth who are participating in 4-H Youth Development Programs conducted by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach.

All exhibitors are responsible to read and comply with the Iowa Youth Code of Ethics, Franklin County Fair Youth General Exhibit Rules, and all department exhibit class rules and regulations.
